Desarrollo País Publishes Its 2024 Integrated Annual Report

April 2025. Desarrollo País has made its 2024 Integrated Annual Report available to the public — a document that outlines the company’s main achievements over the past year, reaffirming its commitment to sustainable development, transparency, and the promotion of public infrastructure projects through economically and socially profitable business models.

During 2024, the company reached several major milestones. Notably, it advanced the Humboldt Cable, a transoceanic fiber optic project developed in partnership with Google, which positions Chile as a future regional digital hub. The company also completed the acquisition of land for housing infrastructure and public transport terminals in various regions of the country. Other key initiatives include buildings and the permanent infrastructure of the Robinson Crusoe Insular School, located in the Juan Fernández archipelago — clear evidence of Desarrollo País’s commitment to society.

On an institutional level, an internal audit department was created, and a financial materiality assessment was implemented for the first time. This strategic exercise reinforces our commitment to transparency and the efficient use of resources.
