Our Board of Directors is made up of five regular members appointed by the President of the Republic, two directly and three proposed by the Senior Public Management system, and five alternate members.
Our shareholders are the Treasury (99.995%) and Corfo (0.005%). We are governed by the Corporations Law and supervised by the Financial Market Commission and the Comptroller General of the Republic.
