Responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the operation of the company, laying down and implementing procedures and policies related thereto.

In particular, this department focuses on identifying, evaluating, prioritizing and executing critical digital infrastructure projects for the country, shaping innovative and sustainable management models that guarantee the projects’ economic viability and impact on the society.

Department responsible for strategic planning and establishing Desarrollo País organizational system. In particular, this Department is responsible for setting the company's strategic guidelines, objectives, initiatives and goals, as well as the definitions of corporate governance, structure, processes, roles/decisions, among others. Its task is to ensure the achievement of objectives and to put strategic planning into action.

This department is in charge of providing legal advice to the organization, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance by Desarrollo País. Specifically, this department is responsible for legally supervising Desarrollo País activities and projects, overseeing contractual relations, promoting best practice standards and transparency, and setting the legal guidelines for the defense of the company's interests.

The Internal Audit Unit performs a permanent, independent, and objective function aimed at evaluating internal control systems and risk management, with the purpose of adding value and improving operations. Additionally, it advises the Board of Directors, through the Audit Committee, on risk oversight and strengthening the control environment, contributing to sound corporate governance.
