In particular, this department focuses on identifying, evaluating, prioritizing and executing critical digital infrastructure projects for the country, shaping innovative and sustainable management models that guarantee the projects’ economic viability and impact on the society.

In particular, this Department is responsible for setting the company's strategic guidelines, objectives, initiatives and goals, as well as the definitions of corporate governance, structure, processes, roles/decisions, among others. Its task is to ensure the achievement of objectives and to put strategic planning into action.

This department is in charge of providing legal advice to the organization, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance by Desarrollo País. Specifically, this department is responsible for legally supervising Desarrollo País activities and projects, overseeing contractual relations, promoting best practice standards and transparency, and setting the legal guidelines for the defense of the company's interests.
