This department is in charge of providing legal advice to the organization, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance by Desarrollo País. Specifically, this department is responsible for legally supervising Desarrollo País activities and projects, overseeing contractual relations, promoting best practice standards and transparency, and setting the legal guidelines for the defense of the company's interests.
