Santiago Downtown

           

The project consists of the refurbishment of 8 floors of the Santiago Downtown Torre 7 building, owned by the Ministry of National Assets and for which Desarrollo País was granted a costly concession. Desarrollo País will rebuild and refurbish the aforementioned floors, which will be then rented out for government services.

Modelo de negocio

Desarrollo País will make available leasable space for offices of government agencies, under rental contracts, along with the design and execution of works, through unrelated third-party providers. For the tender processes of the building's refurbishment services, public tender procedures have been implemented, guaranteeing competitive and equal conditions among bidders.
